INSTALL B1S1 OXYGEN SENSOR
PCM/PROCESSOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – Power Control Module (PCM)
PROGRAM NEW POWER CONTROL MODULE
THE TRUCK RETURNED WITH THE ENGINE LIGHT ON AGAIN. AFTER THE PCM WAS CHANGED AND THE OXYGEN SENSOR WAS CHANGED. WE REMOVED MOST OF THE WIRING HARNESS AND FOUND A CORRODED WIRE THAT SHORTED OUT THE PCM THE FIRST TIME. WE REPAIRED THE WIRE AND INSTALLED AN B1 S2 OXYGEN SENSOR AS WELL. NOW BOTH OXYGEN SENSORS ON THAT BANK ARE NEW. THEY ARE CURRENTLY WORKING CORRECTLY ON THE LAB SCOPE.
