Coolant Pressure Test
There was a small coolant leak found at the upper coolant hose. We removed the upper radiator hose and cleaned the corrosion under the hose. Then installed a new hose clamp. We also checked at the other clamps.
Drain and fill the coolant system. Run vehicle to remove any air pockets. Top off coolant reservoir to full level. Dispose of waste coolant.
Clean any corrosion on the back of the wheels and wheel hub area. Re-install wheels and set air pressures. Program if equipped with TPMS: Sensor programming is performed using a compatible TPMS programming and diagnostic tool.

Bottom of Fender to Ground Measuring Driver Side: 32.5" Passenger Side: 34" Left Front Frame to Ground: 7.5" Right Front Frame to Ground: 8" Front End is tight All body mounts are there, none missing or broken Right Front Spring Perch – rotted and modified – mostly for shock bushing Springs do not look broken but may be worn Rear Springs are rusty but not broken Rear Spring Perch – Satisfactory (new shackles) About a 1/2" difference in rear frame to ground All tire psi is good Rear box is sitting on wood Metal frame is rotting and has rust build up separating frame from wood

AS FAR AS THE OIL BEING LOW. THERE ARE A COUPLE VERY SMALL OIL LEAKS. NOTHING TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT AT THIS TIME. THE MOTOR IS BURNING OIL. THE OIL RESTORATION KIT WILL HELP WITH THIS BUT THE OIL LEVEL SHOULD BE CHECKED MORE OFTEN.
